J. Griggs, Principal obtained his Bachelors' degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Howard University in Washington, D.C. J. Griggs expertise in business management and market analysis is utilized to support SG Capital Group’s focused approach to repositioning under-performing assets. Joshua is also primarily responsible for identifying investors for SG Funds.

D. Sanders, Principal obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University and subsequently earned an MBA from Wayne State University. After working for one of Michigan’s largest Construction Companies, D. Sanders began his real estate career in 1999. Since then, Mr. Sanders has successfully acquired, renovated, constructed, sold, and managed over 2.5 million square feet of property with a combined value in excess of $100 Million. D. Sanders current responsibilities include overseeing SG’s asset management, acquisition and disposition activities.
